Job Overview

This role involves managing complex employee relations issues, including harassment claims, work complaints, and disciplinary actions. The ideal candidate will have experience in HRIS systems and be bilingual (English and Spanish).

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee complaints, conducting initial assessments and referring complex cases as needed.
  • Manage employee relations cases, interpreting labor agreements and mediating disputes.
  • Assist with recordkeeping for hiring, terminations, leave, and other employment transactions for union employees.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years of experience in HR or employee relations preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (ADP preferred) and bilingual skills (English and Spanish) highly preferred.
