Retirement Plan Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Retirement Plan Specialist to join our team at Empower. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in helping individuals plan for their financial future and achieve their long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop Strategic Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with site contacts within your assigned territory, providing exceptional service and support to help them achieve their goals.
- Conduct Retirement Readiness Workshops: Deliver engaging and informative workshops to participants, covering topics such as features and benefits of employer-sponsored retirement plans, retirement readiness, and financial planning strategies.
- Collaborate with Internal Partners: Work closely with internal business partners to deliver increased client value and drive business results.
- Act as the Voice of the Customer: Gather and relay important client feedback to the appropriate Retirement Services area, ensuring that their needs and concerns are addressed.
- Minimum 3-5 Years of Financial Services Experience: Possess a strong background in financial services, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retirement planning or a related field.
- Comprehensive Knowledge of Mutual Funds and Separate Accounts: Have a deep understanding of mutual funds and separate accounts, including the risk-reward trade-off for all securities.
- FINRA Series 6 & 63 Licenses: Hold current FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses, demonstrating your expertise in the financial services industry.
