About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Inventory Specialist to join our team at Caddyshack Golf Cars in La Quinta, CA.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in inventory management and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

Manage the ordering, receiving, and stocking of parts, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries to meet customer demands.

Monitor and maintain precise records within our DMS system and across stores, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.

Support the sales team by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.

Work collaboratively with service technicians to identify and procure OEM parts for repairs, ensuring prompt resolutions and minimal downtime.

Ensure the parts department remains clean, organized, and compliant with industry standards, promoting a positive work environment and excellent customer experiences.

Essential Skills:

Experience with inventory management systems, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail are critical for success in this role.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for building strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
