Join Our Team as an Automotive Service Advisor

At Warner Robins Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat, we are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers on the service drive and discuss their repair needs
  • Create work orders and communicate with technicians to ensure accurate repairs
  • Discuss repair needs and costs with customers to obtain approvals
  • Keep customers informed about their repair status
  • Manage multiple customers and repairs simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Communicate complex repair information to customers in a clear and concise manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
  • Excellent customer service and time management skills
  • Ability to work Saturdays as required
  • Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds software
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
