About the Role:
This position involves assisting the Accounting Supervisor and Director of Finance in various tasks related to the Finance & Accounting Department, including maintenance of the Fixed Asset and associated depreciation schedules on the FAS software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and pay monthly gross receipts and CAT tax returns for various states.
- Prepare monthly reconciliation and account analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts.
- Propose General Journal entries as necessary based on results of reconciliations.

Requirements:
- Must have excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and management team members.
