Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team at Family of Kidz. As a Physical Therapist for our Early Intervention and Preschool programs, you will work with children with special needs to help them achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement creative individual and group therapeutic interventions for children on your caseload.
  • Administer and write up physical therapy evaluations.
  • Communicate effectively with lead supervisors, coordinators, and families to ensure seamless case management.
  • Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing records.
  • Create and maintain schedules with assigned families and school personnel.
  • Collect data on IFSP/IEP goals and report progress quarterly.
  • Participate in initial CPSE/CSE meetings and annual reviews.
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university.
  • Current New York State Physical Therapy License.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
