Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well and address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with the Housekeeping team to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
  • Properly utilize equipment, supplies, and guest amenities to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance.
  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize assigned guest areas, including rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, to meet the hotel's high standards.
  • Daily inspect and change linens and towels, adhering to the hotel's Green Program standards.
  • Practice safety standards and report any hazards or concerns to the Floor Supervisor.
  • Respect guests' property and maintain confidentiality.
  • Report to work on time and maintain accurate time records.
  • Perform other related duties as requested by the Floor Supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Dependable and reliable transportation.
  • Availability to work weekends and flexible scheduling.
  • Team-player attitude and willingness to cross-train.
