Job Summary:
Weis Markets is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate - Picker/Packer to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and packing products for shipment to our retail locations.

Key Responsibilities:
Utilize a voice-activated headset system to determine item locations and quantities.
Safely operate powered industrial equipment, such as electric pallet jacks, to retrieve items from storage locations.
Complete pre-operation inspections and documentation prior to operating equipment.
Organize products on pallets to minimize damage and ensure safe delivery to retail locations.
Visually inspect products for damage or improper packaging and secure them with shrink wrap as needed.

Requirements:
Working towards completion of a high school diploma or GED is required.
