Ervin Cable is seeking a skilled Aerial Lineman to install, maintain, and repair telecommunications equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of telecommunications construction, aerial lift devices, and utility lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain telecommunications equipment on aerial lift devices
• Identify and troubleshoot problems with equipment and systems
• Work safely at heights and in rugged terrain
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in telecommunications construction or a related field
• Proficient in the use of hand tools and equipment
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

The Aerial Lineman will work outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and precipitation. The position requires the ability to climb and work aloft, stand or walk for long periods, and lift and manipulate plant and equipment up to 75 pounds.
