Youth Outpatient Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Youth Outpatient Clinician to join our team at Riverside Community Care. As a key member of our Behavioral Health Services division, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality clinical services to adolescents and their families.
About the RoleAs a Youth Outpatient Clinician, you will be responsible for conducting diagnostic evaluations, developing service plans, and providing clinical interventions based on individualized treatment plans. You will also have the opportunity to provide clinical supervision to non-licensed clinicians and/or clinical interns as assigned by the Program Director.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop service plans with consumers
- Provide clinical interventions based on developed treatment plans
- Opportunity to provide clinical supervision for non-licensed clinicians and/or clinical interns
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
At Riverside Community Care, we offer a competitive salary of $63,000.00 annually, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance options, flexible spending accounts, and a 403(b) retirement savings plan with employer match. RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. You must also be able to work as a member of a team and function independently. A Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling, with independent licensure of LMHC or LICSW, is required. Two years of outpatient experience is preferred, and CANS certification is a must.
