Role Overview:

In the capacity of an Avionics Systems Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include developing and refining both system-level and detailed technical specifications for avionics integration projects. You will be tasked with designing components that meet airworthiness, safety, and operational effectiveness standards, ensuring that all assignments are executed independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Discover opportunities to improve efficiencies in system design methodologies
  • Guide and mentor team members as necessary
  • Engage in refining specifications to align with operational requirements
  • Provide direction and leadership to the project team
  • Conduct comprehensive design activities
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to guarantee that integration designs fulfill specifications
  • Assist in the generation and refinement of specifications for hardware and software solutions
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline
  • Experience: Over 10 years of relevant professional experience
  • Skills/Knowledge: Excellent communication, analytical, and collaborative skills
Security Clearance:

A SECRET level clearance within the last five years is mandatory.
