ABA Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team at BK Healthcare Management. As an essential member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote positive behaviors and skills.

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

• $25 - $35 per hour, based on experience and performance

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children using evidence-based techniques
• Implementing individualized treatment plans to foster positive behaviors and skills
• Accurately tracking and documenting client progress using electronic systems
• Collaborating with families and supervisors to ensure effective client outcomes

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• No prior experience needed - full training provided
• Enthusiasm for working with children and making a difference
• Willingness to complete the free RBT certification course
• Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
