About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team at DaVita, a leading provider of dialysis services. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to individuals with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (R.N) in the state of practice.
  • Experience in dialysis or nephrology care is preferred but not required.
