Job Title: MRI Technologist

AMN Healthcare Allied is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join their team in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented MRI Technologist to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of MRI technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for MRI procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them correctly
  • Monitor patients during procedures and ensure their safety and comfort
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information and MRI results
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
  • Current ARRT certification in MRI
  • 1+ year of experience in MRI technology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
