Role: Aircraft Maintenance Technician (A&P)

As an Aircraft Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining the airworthiness of our fleet. You will work closely with our flight operations team to ensure that all aircraft meet rigorous safety and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform repairs, modifications, and adjustments on aircraft assemblies as needed.
  • Adhere to approved maintenance manuals and consult FAA-approved technical documentation.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of all work to ensure compliance with prescribed standards.
  • Execute serviceability tests on repaired components using designated test equipment.
  • Meticulously document all maintenance activities and present completed work for inspection.
  • Maintain accurate records of time, materials, and tools utilized in maintenance tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Valid A&P license and a high school diploma or equivalent, supplemented by aircraft maintenance training.
  • Minimum of two years of experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician, with a focus on general aviation aircraft.
  • Possession of necessary tools for maintenance tasks.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of FAA regulations pertaining to aircraft maintenance.
  • Experience with SLSA and Diamond aircraft is highly desirable.
  • Additional compensation offered for IA certification holders.
