Position Title: Room Attendant/Housekeeper

Compensation: $12.50 per hour

Overview:

Auro Hotels is in search of dedicated Room Attendants to join our esteemed team at our hotel. Key Responsibilities:

1. Adhere to established cleaning protocols to uphold high cleanliness standards for guest accommodations.
2. Assist fellow team members when your assigned tasks are completed.
3. Utilize cleaning products and supplies correctly and safely.
4. Ensure proper placement of guest amenities, including toiletries and informational materials.
5. Complete special projects or reasonable requests from management as needed.
6. Understand and implement the hotel's emergency procedures and loss prevention strategies.
7. Sort, count, and manage linens efficiently.
8. Make beds with clean linens and dust surfaces as required.
9. Restock supplies such as drinking glasses and writing materials.
10. Move furniture, hang drapes, and perform light maintenance tasks.
11. Empty waste receptacles and clean designated areas.
12. Transport waste to disposal locations.
13. Restock bathroom supplies and maintain cleanliness in restrooms.
14. Perform all duties with safety in mind and monitor the actions of others.
15. Clean common areas, including lobbies and corridors, upon request.
16. Maintain cleanliness of carpets, upholstery, and draperies.
17. Wash walls, ceilings, and windows as necessary.
18. Restock linen rooms when required.
19. Ensure outdoor areas are clean and free of debris.

Availability: Immediate start available. Full-time hours (minimum of 30 hours per week) are offered.

Qualifications:

Experience: 1-2 years as a Guest Room Attendant with a recognized hotel brand, preferably Marriott.

Education: High School Diploma preferred.

Language Skills: Must be able to speak, understand, and read English.
