Technical Project Manager

AT&T is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to coordinate projects with clients, ensuring timely delivery and smooth service integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer requirements, budget challenges, and human resource needs within assigned areas.
- Foster customer relationships and satisfaction while adhering to company policies and processes.
- Investigate matters of significance, recommend, and implement appropriate courses of action.
- Implement business processes and assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance customer service.
- Manage multiple projects, coordinate with Subject Matter Experts, and receive, define project scope, and requirements.
- Coordinate surveys, schedules, and tasking across all frames.
- Manage client expectations and document program processes, including scope, risks, and schedule.
- Analyze client feedback to complete lessons learned.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma and detail-oriented, organized, exceptional presentation, and communication skills.
- Hands-on, self-driven, highly motivated, team-oriented, fast learner with a passion for processes and multi-tasking.
- TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
