Job Overview

Position Summary:
The Occupational Therapist is accountable for the assessment, planning, execution, and management of occupational therapy interventions as directed by a licensed medical professional. This role involves delivering therapeutic treatments and occupational therapy techniques as outlined by a referring physician, aiming to restore functionality and avert disability due to injury, illness, or physical limitations.

In this capacity, the therapist aids patients in achieving their highest potential and functional independence while adapting to their individual capabilities. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' needs.
2. Develop and implement tailored treatment plans.
3. Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
5. Provide education and support to patients and their families.

This position is PRN and operates during daytime hours.
