Position Overview:

- Provide expert technical support for various equipment types, including fixed, rotating, and instrumentation & electrical systems.
- Conduct field audits to assess the effectiveness of planning and scheduling processes.
- Support compliance with Process Safety Management standards.
- Organize and oversee preventive maintenance tasks.
- Lead teams in Root Cause Failure Analysis to identify equipment malfunctions and develop corrective strategies.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a chemical or refinery setting is advantageous.
- Experience in planning and scheduling maintenance job packages.
- Certification or training in Root Cause Analysis is required.
- Familiarity with API, ASME, and ANSI codes and standards is essential.
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and analytical abilities are necessary.
