About the Role

Dale's Heating and Air Conditioning is a reputable heating and air conditioning company serving Dane County for over 25 years. We are seeking a skilled HVAC technician to join our team and assist with duct cleaning, service work, replacement assistance, new construction, and sales.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to handle a physical workload. Previous experience in HVAC or related fields is also highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  1. Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
  2. Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
  3. Perform routine preventative maintenance
  4. Respond to emergency maintenance requests
  5. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Estimated Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 per year (based on 40 hours/week and 52 weeks/year)

Requirements: Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and strong communication skills
