Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Essex County. As a BAYADA nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of clients' medical conditions
  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans to meet clients' unique needs
  • Providing direct patient care, including wound management, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions of care
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current nursing license in good standing in New Jersey
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
