Merchandiser Retail Coverage - Walmart - PRIMARY

As a key member of the Acosta Group team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our client brands stand out at Walmart stores. Your primary responsibility will be to drive product availability and execute retail merchandising activities that connect customers with the brands they love.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Locate and stock merchandise in the backroom, ensuring accurate and efficient product placement.
  • Straighten product on the shelf, maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Receive and transport coupons and signage materials to place in-store.
  • Utilize a company-issued mobile device to complete tasks, navigate multiple applications, and answer simple, step-by-step questions.
  • Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success and represent Acosta and our clients in assigned Walmart stores.
  • Partner with Walmart store management and associates to achieve goals and collaborate with direct managers via email, phone, and text.

Requirements:
  • Access to reliable transportation to visit multiple retail locations in your area.
  • Ability to work independently, yet effectively communicate with store associates, managers, and Acosta team members.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including Sundays through Saturdays, with start times between 6am-9am and work hours between 6am-6pm.
