WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position is 100% ONSITE.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Interpret and comprehend technical work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
2. Apply sealant to surfaces according to specifications.
3. Install various aircraft system components, including panel installations.
4. Operate various mechanical lifts (e.g., ladders, tiger lifts, snorkel lifts).

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Proficient in identifying common tools.
2. Must complete the New Hire Training Cycle Flow to obtain and maintain all required certifications.
3. Competent in using a computer in a production environment.
4. Wear appropriate protective clothing and equipment as determined by the task.
5. Familiarity with various tools such as rivet guns, screwdrivers, power screwdrivers, and hand tools.
6. Knowledge of chemical solvents, sealants, coatings, primers, adhesives, and paints.
7. Conduct quality inspections of work and check for Foreign Object Debris (FOD).
8. Utilize high-impact vibratory tools for assembly tasks.
9. Capable of climbing, crawling, and balancing on various surfaces.
10. Minimum of 1 year of experience in following detailed work instructions and interpreting blueprints in English.
11. Experience in routine production assembly operations on structural and mechanical assemblies.
12. Completion of aviation or technical school is required.
13. Training period of 9-10 weeks.
14. Ability to work around energized sources and exposure to constant noise.
15. Proficient in finger manipulation and reading from screens or printed documents.
16. Strong adherence to safety and compliance regulations.
17. Capability to work in confined spaces and use a respirator.
18. Ability to lift and carry weights of 10-35 pounds.
19. Flexibility in physical movements including bending, reaching, and standing.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Ability to work in confined spaces.
2. Qualification to use a respirator.
3. Willingness to work variable shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) based on business needs.
4. Proficiency with typical hand tools and high-impact vibratory tools.

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma or GED required.

WORK SCHEDULE:
These positions require flexibility for variable shifts.
