Job SummaryAbbott Acres is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing routine and emergency repairs, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the overall safety and quality of our properties.Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine and emergency repairs to fixtures, fittings, and equipment
  • Maintain equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance
  • Conduct regular building inspections to identify and address potential safety hazards
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance procedures to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
  • Manage inventory of equipment parts and supplies, including ordering and restocking
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, residents, and other stakeholders to handle work orders and resolve issues
Requirements
