Job Description:
  • Provide guidance and support to Resident Assistants (RAs) in their roles and responsibilities, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
  • Develop and implement programs and initiatives that promote student engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to students.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and data related to residence life operations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Previous residence life experience preferred but not required.
  • Availability to attend training sessions and summer events as scheduled.
