Golf Coach

TGA Premier Sports in Bergen County is seeking responsible and passionate individuals to teach the game of golf to kids. As a coach, you will work with our youth sports program, using golf as a vehicle to teach kids ages 5-14 a skill, while incorporating education, character development, and proper etiquette.

We are looking for both lead and assistant coaches who can work 1 day per week to 7 days per week, getting 2-5 hours per day during the school year and up to 6+ hours during the summer. Coaches must be at least 16 years of age and have a clean background check.

We offer a competitive pay rate of $15-$30/Hour, enrollment bonuses, coach referral bonuses, and travel pay. As a coach, you will be part of an organization that is bigger than any one program and that is impacting kids' lives in a positive way through sport.

Requirements:

• Available during after school hours during the week (2:30pm and later)
• Reliable source of transportation
• Ability to step out of your comfort zone and be a kid
• Passion for working with kids and coaching sports
• Clean background check
• High energy, flexible schedule, punctual, passionate, and creative
• Comfortable communicating with kids, as well as parents
• Commit to at least one full session (sessions are by season)
