Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution of Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services at designated account sites.
- Supervise a team of O&M Technicians and subcontractors tasked with maintaining Central Utilities Plants in a large manufacturing environment.
- Engage with clients, the O&M team, and local management to address all contract execution matters.
- Manage hiring, training, performance evaluations, and scheduling of staff to meet O&M contractual requirements.
- Conduct various testing and maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency.
- Foster communication with clients and facility occupants to enhance customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
- Implement employee training and development initiatives.
- Provide regular management reports as requested by operations management and clients.
- Be available for on-call support 24/7, providing assistance and emergency response as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing and certification requirements at local, state, and federal levels.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for regulatory authorities.
- Review all work to ensure adherence to established safety protocols.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, upholding company standards.
Qualifications:
- A two-year technical degree or equivalent field experience is required.
- Ability to manage and mentor entry-level personnel.
- Familiarity with JCI procedures and policies.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and other personal computer applications.
- A collaborative team player dedicated to maintaining a quality work environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience managing Central Utility Plants.
- Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
- Understanding of Metasys Controls System and Johnson Controls Open Blue Building Management Solutions.
