Soccer Leagues Match Captain

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Soccer Leagues Match Captain to join our team at TOCA USA. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering a fun and engaging experience for our players while promoting a safe and welcoming playing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Uphold the culture and values of the TOCA brand
• Promote a fun, engaging, and welcoming leagues experience
• Display a consistent positive attitude & effort
• Create an atmosphere of high energy and excitement
• Communicate with players on upcoming events and other playing opportunities at TOCA

Hosting Games:

• Engaging with the players on the pitch
• Explain rules and regulations as needed to ensure understanding
• Ensure game rules and regulations are being followed

Administrative Functions:

• Track time of games
• Track attendance of players
• Track game and team statistics

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of high school soccer playing experience
• Experience refereeing soccer matches or in a league setting is preferred
• USSF licensing certifications is preferred
