Position Overview

The Quality Assurance Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at maintaining and improving quality processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Documentation: Manage and oversee all quality-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with both new and existing suppliers to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Customer Support: Assist in meeting customer production needs by developing and maintaining project timelines and Quality Instruction Sheets (QIS).
  • Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough investigations using methodologies such as 6M, 5 Whys, Cause and Effect, and fault tree analysis.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement lean methodologies to foster ongoing enhancements within the quality department.
  • Documentation Skills: Demonstrate strong skills in quality documentation, particularly in ISO standards.
  • Supplier Quality Experience: Previous experience in supplier quality management and possession of a lean belt certification is advantageous.
  • Leadership Experience: Experience in a supervisory or coordinator role is beneficial.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor of Science degree is preferred, although not mandatory.
