Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Installing and removing various types of insulation and jacketing on piping and equipment in an industrial setting.
• Maintaining an orderly in-field stock of materials and delivering them to workstations as needed.
• Insulating basic piping configurations and tanks, pumps, valves, and flanges to specified quality standards.
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure timely completion of projects and delivery of high-quality results.
• Developing and maintaining knowledge of new technologies and best practices in the field of thermal protection engineering.
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and stay up-to-date with industry developments.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial construction or a related field.
• Strong understanding of thermal protection principles and practices, including material selection and application techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects and work at heights, if necessary.
• Valid TWIC card and NCCER certification or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with SCADA, PLC, and Control Automation systems, an asset.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and stay current with industry developments.

What We Offer:
We offer competitive compensation packages, including an estimated annual salary of $70,000 - $90,000 depending on experience, and opportunities for growth and development within the company.
