Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care, assess patient needs, and develop individualized plans of care. You will work closely with patients, caregivers, and other clinicians to ensure seamless care coordination.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled assessment, teaching, interventions, and treatments
  • Set up individualized plans of care for patients and supervise other clinicians
  • Coordinate care with patients, caregivers, other clinicians, and physicians
  • Participate in company-related meetings and in-services
  • Assist with needs for multiple branch offices
Requirements
  • Currently licensed as an RN through state Board of Nursing
  • Preferred one year of clinical experience in home health, medical, surgical, or critical care
  • At least 18 years of age and maintains good physical stamina and mental health
  • Can pass pre-employment background and health screening
  • Is a licensed driver with insured automobile that is in good working order
  • Is self-directed with the ability to work with little direct supervision
  • Shows excellent observation, good clinical judgment, and good oral and written communication
  • Demonstrates flexibility and cooperation in fulfilling role obligations
