Job Title: Specimen Handler

Actalent is seeking a skilled Specimen Handler to join our team. As a Specimen Handler, you will be responsible for handling biological samples with care and precision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle biological samples with personal protective equipment (PPE) and transport them to designated areas.
  • Support urine pour-offs prior to testing and move samples between buildings as needed.
  • Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure efficient sample handling and processing.
  • Maintain accurate records of sample handling and processing.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in handling biological samples or in a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy sample containers.
