Position Overview

The Quality Assurance Engineer will play a crucial role in establishing and executing quality assurance measures, performing audits, and ensuring adherence to industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and execute quality assurance measures.
  • Conduct routine quality audits and evaluations.
  • Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality concerns and implement corrective measures.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of quality assurance activities and outcomes.
  • Provide training and guidance to quality control personnel.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance or control.
  • Strong understanding of industry standards and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven capability to work effectively in a team setting.

  • Ensure adherence to protocols throughout all production phases.
  • Document all quality assurance activities and findings.
  • SOP for Quality Audits and Evaluations:
  • Schedule and perform regular quality audits and evaluations.
  • Utilize standardized checklists and procedures for audits.
  • Document results and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Follow up on corrective actions to ensure effectiveness.
  • SOP for Training and Development:
  • Create training programs for quality control personnel.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and assessments.
  • Provide ongoing support and mentorship to team members.
  • Monitor team performance and address any issues promptly.
  • SOP for Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and current documentation of all quality assurance activities.
  • Generate regular reports on quality metrics and performance.
  • Utilize data to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
  • Communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • SOP for Regulatory Compliance:
  • Stay informed on industry standards and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure all products and processes meet relevant regulations.
  • Prepare documentation for audits and compliance reviews.
  • Address any compliance issues in a timely manner.
