As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our facility, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents, visitors, and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize resident rooms, hallways, dining areas, bathrooms, and other areas of the facility, adhering to infection control techniques and protocols.
  • Housekeeping Operations: Safely mix and use cleaning solutions, store them in a secure area, and label and remove infectious waste bags and containers.
  • Attendance and Punctuality: Ensure regular attendance and punctuality for assigned shifts, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Supportive Services: Perform other tasks as assigned by management, including assisting with special events and projects.
  • Code of Conduct: Conduct job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company's Code of Business Conduct, its policies and procedures, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Licenses/Certification: None required.
  • Experience: Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
