Bear Mountain at Andover is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our In-House Rehab Team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide occupational therapy services to residents under the direct supervision of an occupational therapist.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides occupational therapy services to residents by assisting in the assessment, treatment, program planning, and implementation, related documentation, and communication.
  • Identifies indications for and assists in evaluations at appropriate intervals under the direction of the occupational therapist.
  • Assists the occupational therapist in identifying a problem list, short-term goals, long-term goals, and treatment plan.
  • Maintains and completes accurate documentation, department records, and reports.

Requirements:

  • Must have an active state license or license eligible and meet the educational requirements as defined in the job description for that license type.
  • Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program from an accredited program.
