AuBurn Pharmacy Inc is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacist in Charge to lead our retail pharmacy team in Independence, MO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of retail pharmacy operations, including order entry and review, pharmacy operations management, and medication adherence.
  • Lead a small retail team and provide guidance on customer service, inventory management, and staff development.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall pharmacy experience.
  • Collaborate with the corporate office to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and growth.

Requirements:

  • Pharmacist licensure in the state of Missouri.
  • 3+ years of experience in retail pharmacy management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
