Join Our Team as a Senior Benefits Manager

PROCare HR is seeking an experienced Senior Benefits Manager to lead our benefits team and drive the delivery of exceptional employee benefit programs. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of benefits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and developing strategies to improve benefits offerings.

If you have a strong background in human resources, particularly in roles with direct client interaction and preferably with a focus on benefits administration, we encourage you to apply.

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources, particularly in roles with direct client interaction
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role
  • Experience leading a team of 5 or greater
