We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center. As a Nurse Specialist in our Cath Lab, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our cardiovascular services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and provide safe care to patients undergoing interventional procedures, including balloon pump, angiojet peripheral interventions, and rotoblator.
- Direct and coordinate the care of assigned personnel, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs, medical history, and treatment goals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimal outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Florida.
- Experience in cardiovascular nursing, preferably in a cath lab setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
