Incentives:- Quarterly Incentive Bonus Program
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, with hours varying between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and rotating Saturdays from 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Float Incentive: An additional $1.00/hour plus mileage reimbursement.

- Conduct blood collections using venipuncture and capillary techniques for patients of all ages.
- Collect specimens for various tests, including drug screenings and paternity tests.
- Accurately enter patient information in a timely manner.
- Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.
- Prepare all collected specimens for laboratory testing and analysis.
- Maintain logs of patient and specimen information.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patients.
- Perform administrative and clerical duties as required.
- Travel to additional sites as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Phlebotomy certification or completion of a training program from an accredited institution, or prior experience as a phlebotomist is required.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record.
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
- Comfortable working with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record, if applicable.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
- Able to pass a standardized color blindness test.
