Facilities Attendant

Job Summary:

Easter Seals TN seeks a reliable and detail-oriented Rest Area Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and safety of our rest areas. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently.

• Rest Area Maintenance: Perform daily cleaning tasks, replenish supplies, and keep facilities well-maintained
• Parking Lot and Grounds Maintenance: Regularly sweep or hose down parking lot areas, sidewalks, and walkways, and perform grounds maintenance tasks
• Trash and Debris Removal: Collect and dispose of trash and debris from the area
• Quality Control and Safety: Conduct regular quality control checks and report incidents or safety concerns to supervisors

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Communication and Teamwork: Ability to work with minimal supervision and possess excellent communication skills
• Physical and Mental Demands: Meet physical demands of the position and demonstrate mental alertness to perform contract requirements

• Estimated Annual Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
• Benefits Package: 40 hours eligible for PTO, great benefits package including employer-paid life insurance and long-term disability, 70% paid health insurance, paid holidays, and other benefits
