Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Deborah Heart and Lung Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients in the Cardiology Outpatient and Inpatient areas in collaboration with Attending Physicians.
  • Work with a team of Advanced Clinical Practice Providers, Nurses, and Technicians to evaluate and manage patients.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule to ensure patient and staff needs are addressed and documented in a timely manner.
  • Proficiency with electronic health records and database management required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including WORD, EXCEL, and POWERPOINT.
Requirements
  • At least 1-year experience in Critical Care or Telemetry inpatient care.
  • Preferred: Cardiology experience as an Advanced Practice Provider or in Nursing.
  • Masters degree or greater from an ANA accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current New Jersey License as a Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Nurse Certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse through a specialty association.
  • Current CDS and DEA licenses required.
