At Piedmont Medical Center, we are seeking a skilled Nursing Supervisor to lead our CVOR team. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of nursing personnel in our CVOR unit.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing personnel in the CVOR unit
- Verify that patients' needs are met and evaluate unit nursing care and performance
- Participate in planning work of assigned units and coordinate activities with other patient care units and related departments
- Plan and organize training for unit staff members, and participate in guidance and educational programs
- Academic degree in nursing
- Currently licensed, certified or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy
- CPR certification
