In this position, you will collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary treatment team to meet the medical and psychological needs of our clients. This full-time role encompasses maintaining precise documentation, performing patient intake evaluations, and effectively communicating based on established priorities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification from the American Association of Medical Assistants
  • Valid Alabama Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Understanding of clinical practices and techniques, including monitoring vital signs
  • Capability to deliver empathetic, person-centered care in a unique environment
  • Experience in medication management and documenting patient interactions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform vital sign assessments and accurately document findings
  • Maintain comprehensive records of patient physical evaluations
  • Ensure a safe and secure environment for all individuals
  • Assist clients with necessary documentation and information releases
  • Work in conjunction with healthcare professionals regarding medication adjustments
  • Complete all mandatory forms and documentation in accordance with regulations
  • Engage in continuous training and professional development activities
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as required
