Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at The Children's Place in Layton, Utah. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the Store Leadership Team to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and effectively communicate value and quality of our merchandise
  • Exercise sound judgment in addressing customer concerns and demonstrate effective selling skills to positively impact conversion
  • Process stock, maintain stockroom organization, and adhere to company standards of merchandise presentation and display
  • Guarantee company assets by ensuring adherence to all Loss Prevention procedures and report maintenance and facility needs promptly
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous retail experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a team environment, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain a flexible schedule
  • Ability to maneuver on sales floor and stockroom, climb ladder, lift and carry up to 50 lbs
