Estimated Salary: $20-$30 per hour, depending on the number of rides provided and the location.

Job Description:
As a Lyft driver, you will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and efficiently to their destinations. You will have the flexibility to set your own schedule and choose when and where you want to drive.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To become a Lyft driver, you must be at least 25 years old, have a valid driver's license, and have a California license plate. You must also have an iPhone or Android smartphone and consent to driver screening and background checks. Additionally, your vehicle must be a 2008 or newer model with four doors and five to eight seats, including the driver's seat.

Benefits:
Lyft offers several benefits to its drivers, including Upfront Pay, which allows you to view the fare for a ride before accepting it. You also keep 100% of your tips. Women and non-binary drivers can use the Women+ Connect feature to increase their chances of matching with more women and non-binary riders. Furthermore, drivers can qualify for a healthcare subsidy when they average at least 15 hours of booked time per week.
