Psychological Wellness Technician

As a Psychological Wellness Technician with TEAMCare Behavioral Health LLC, you will play a vital role in supporting children and adolescents with their mental health needs.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing individualized support to help clients develop essential skills and strategies for success.
- Implementing targeted interventions to address behavior management, conflict resolution, anger management, and peer interaction skills.
- Gathering daily data and maintaining progress notes in a structured format.
- Collaborating with clients, families, and assigned team members to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
To excel in this role, you should:
- Have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional patient care and making a positive impact on someone's life.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and able to quickly learn and utilize other computer applications.
- Obtain Act 33, Act 34, and FBI clearances or possess the ability to do so.
- Possess a valid PA Driver's license.
- Hold certification as a BCaBA, RBT, BCAT, or equivalent, along with a high school diploma or equivalent, or a minimum of 2 years' experience in behavioral health services, preferably with certification.
