About the Role

Ophthalmology Ltd is seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical space, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the physical space, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment.
  • Receive, manage, and process work order requests; ensure tasks are resolved quickly.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and outside contractors as needed.
  • Draft and implement preventive maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment.
  • Ensure safety standards are followed throughout the facility.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, reordering as needed.
  • Perform special projects and miscellaneous duties as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Basic carpentry skills.
  • Reliable problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Capable of lifting loads above 50 pounds.
  • Strong customer service skills.
