Job Summary:
Parsons is seeking a skilled Water / Wastewater Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting and reporting on water distribution and roadway rehabilitation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily inspections of large water resource projects, including pump stations and canal and embankment stabilization.
• Act on behalf of the Owner to inspect the work of contractors completing the construction of facilities and projects.
• Plan and execute testing, inspecting, monitoring, and reporting of contractors' work on site.
• Maintain accurate records of all activities and events related to projects.
• Document damage to property or personal injury accidents on site.
Requirements:
• Associate's Degree in a technical discipline or construction-related field, or a high school diploma and equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of related experience on field projects.
• Valid driver's license and transportation available for work.
Preferred Skills:
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite, E-Builder, and Proliance.
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Foreign language skills (Spanish) a plus.
