We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Bon Secours. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our physical therapy program.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address patient needs.
- Provide age-appropriate therapeutic interventions and evaluate patient response to treatment.
- Document patient progress and continuing education needs in the electronic medical record.
- Supervise physical therapist assistants and participate in quality management activities.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver cost-effective care and contribute to marketing activities.
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
