NFP, an Aon Company, is a leading insurance broker and consulting firm that provides employee benefits, specialized property and casualty, retirement, and individual private client solutions through our licensed subsidiaries and affiliates.

We are seeking a highly skilled Life Insurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our servicing team, you will be responsible for assisting with the implementation of new life insurance policy purchases for executive clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement life insurance policy purchases for executive clients, including COLI, BOLI, 162a Bonus, and 1035 Exchange plans.
  • Coordinate with clients, insurance brokers, and insurance companies to complete all phases of the life insurance purchase.
  • Prepare and administer life insurance application forms, medical underwriting requirements, and direct correspondence.
  • Ensure policies are implemented in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
  • Meet broker dealer compliance requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience with life or other insurance processing, operations, and administration is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to take initiative on follow-through.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, with basic MS Excel fluency.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
